About AgentSub
Every industry has its pain points, and residential real estate is no exception. This is what we’ve learned over the past several years working with real estate agents and offices to improve their public relations, social media marketing, and content efforts. We have identified that the average real estate agent generally doesn’t utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to their fullest potential. Once we identified that issue, we wanted to understand ‘why’. Our findings (from speaking with dozens of real estate agents and brokers) show that real estate agents are not social media or content professionals, and therefor have a difficult time planning quality social media content in advance. The result of this knowledge hole is inconsistency and lack of authority in the average agent’s social media presence. AgentSub was founded to provide agents with an ideal solution to this precise problem they face. The content is provided for you, so there is no time wasted in your week having to brainstorm content ideas. Subscribers have full rights to edit, adjust, or add information to all articles, making the content your own. And most importantly, subscribers have the right to put their name on the byline of each article, establishing their residential real estate authority to their networks. Additionally, our monthly calendars provide you with an array of options every month to create additional content for your platforms throughout the month. Most importantly, we knew we needed to find a way to make AgentSub accessible to all agents. Some agents hire a social media marketer or a content manager to operate their accounts and plan out content for them, but the cost to hire a person to fill that role easily prices out most agents, eliminating that as an option.
