AI Kiran accelerates the journeys of women, youth, and communities across diverse socio-economic contexts who are building, researching, and leading in AI. We build the community, capability, and platforms that let their work shape the field, not sit at its margins. AI Kiran is a global initiative, led by OptimizeGEO and the INK Global Foundation, in partnership with the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India. AI is currently shaped by a narrow set of voices and lived realities. Inclusive AI means the people missing from that room are the ones whose perspectives make the technology work for everyone, not just the people already in it. What this means in practice: - A practitioner who has never had a peer network gets one, at scale, through communities built for visibility and exchange. - Someone with the skill but not the access gets the capability building and understanding that turns potential into participation. - A researcher or policy voice that would otherwise go unheard gets a platform for research, policy dialogue, and public discourse. - A story that would otherwise stay local gets told through storytelling, culture, and creative expression, not as decoration, but as the infrastructure that lets more people see themselves in AI's future.
