Our lawyers have counseled clients by applying our deep experience in many disciplines and applications of the law. AKT Law Firm’s clientele consists from international companies doing business in Turkey as well as local ones in all size. Our Firm recently involved with establishing companies in EU Countries by Turkish investors and is also experienced in establishing companies in Switzerland, in the Netherlands and in Free Zones (in EU) such as Madeira in Portugal where the clients are asking for some tax advantages. Mr. Moris Cem Kaspi and Mr. Rona Kaspi also represents Marshall Islands in Turkey as a special agent for Marshall Island and therefore, we offer all necessary legal and secretarial service to our clients who have business relationship with the government of Marshall Island.
