About TIES
TIES is a men's preconception health brand, built for men who want to show up early. TIES started with a question. Camryn was preparing her body for a future pregnancy, and Luke asked the obvious one... is there anything I should be doing too? The research was there. The science was there. But the products, the education, and the cultural conversation were almost entirely missing. So we built what we wished had existed. Our flagship product, Foundations, is a doctor-formulated men's fertility supplement made with clinically backed ingredients, manufactured in FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities and third-party tested for safety and quality every batch. Foundations was designed alongside a team of leading doctors and nutritionists, including board-certified fertility and functional medicine specialists. Sperm take 70 to 90 days to develop, which means what men do today shapes what is possible months from now. Foundations is built for that timeline... consistency over urgency, preparation over reaction. Male factors are involved in roughly half of infertility cases, and sperm counts have declined over 50% in the last 50 years. Men are half the equation.
