The Producers Responsible Organization (PRO) – Alternative Management ANAEKK SA, operates in the waste management sector, specializing in the field of Construction, Demolition & Excavation Waste (CD&EW). Founded in 2014, ANAEKK has the necessary technical competence for the obligation to undertake the restoration of inactive quarry areas. Its activity is expanded in more than 32 regional units covering 65% of population. The role of PRO is to organize, coordinate and inspect all the ongoing operations and procedures that concern recycling of CD&EW up to the point of re-using recycled materials. At the same time, ANAEKK acts as an informational organization to raise awareness of all direct and indirect contractors in the construction sector. In order to fulfill its objectives, our PRO cooperates with companies of collection, transport, storage and/or processing of CD&EW for recycling purposes and/or through the restoration of inactive and/or active quarries and of degraded land areas. ANAEKK being innovative in the management and processing of CD&EW, licensed the first and only so far in Greece Organized Site for Disposal of aggregates and residues resulting from the processing of CD&EW. This is the culmination of a long period of effort that was completed at the end of 2021. Our PRO aims to expand its activity to the whole country and for this purpose is promoting the gradual increase of its geographical range in accordance with the development of new partnerships and the ongoing increase of recycled CD&EW.
