About APR
We design, industrialize and manufacture in series components, leveraging our vertical-integrated structure. The rock-solid base is our industrial know-how for Aviation and Energy: since 1998 we are highly specialized in manufacturing fluid dynamics critical parts (inducers, impellers, BLISKs/IBRs), engine components (hinges, casings, airfoils) and complex accessories (filler caps, engine turning systems, helicopter gearbox cooling fans). Progressively, we developed prototyping capabilities for special manufacturing programs, i.e. airfoils -including instrumented ones-, full turbine demonstrators, additive-parts machining or reworking. Our internal RD&E team, nowadays counting more than 30% of overall employees, offers turn-key solutions via E2E design-to-production process (build-to-spec) for Valves and Pumps, working in different contexts and harsh environments. This journey started with Space business: we proudly fly our Environmental Control and Life Support Subsystems (ECLSS) valves in space with Cygnus (ISS) and ready to fly with HALO modules on the Lunar Gateway. We developed and supply Active Thermal Control Systems (fluidic pumps, mixing and on-off valves) to major ESA-programs. Last but not least, we supply Propulsion Valves (Solenoid Insulation Valves) and Centrifugal Pumps for VEGA-E and EL3 studies. Our team grew significantly from space experience and nowadays expanded towards aero-engine accessories.
