ASC is a non-profit Local Arts Agency dedicated to holistically nurturing and sustaining Charlotte-Mecklenburg's cultural ecosystem. We serve as the designated “Office of Cultural Resources” for the City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, and six suburban towns.
