At a Clubhouse, members are treated equally to staff and thus are invited to take ownership and participation in all aspects of the work of the Clubhouse. During a typical Work-Ordered-Day, peers work together on items such as fundraising, daily meal prepping, perhaps hiring/evaluating/training of program staff, and much much more.
