Back in Motion has been providing innovative and integrated health solutions since 1993, and is a multiple award winning employer with a culture of excellence, mutual respect, integrity, teamwork, and commitment to people. We partnered with Legacies Health Centre in 2017 in order to broaden what we do, and offer services under both brands. We have grown to over 350 employees and contractors, and presently deliver physical, mental health, and employment services in a dozen communities in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. We hire Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, Massage Therapists, and other regulated health care professionals, and Kinesiologists and Administrative Professionals, to name a few. Our employees enjoy flexible working conditions within an environment of growth and development. Our workforce is diverse and inclusive, reflecting the communities we live in. We welcome people from various backgrounds to join our team, and believe we are stronger with broad representation and diverse views. Our Customers include fee for service clients, third party insurance companies, and the government.
