Bajra is a tech shop. We build things. We build things because we like solving new problems using our approach, team, process, quality standards, and the most appropriate technology based on business constraints. We've built, over the past 11 years, and continue to develop: custom software, enterprise solutions, hardware-software interfaces, machine-learning models, mobile applications, data warehouses, analytics infrastructure, big-data architecture, UI-UX approach, web applications, medical devices, IoT solutions, and SaaS-based solutions. Our biggest claim to fame is our team. We hire and train great talent through our rich pipeline and try to create an atmosphere of inclusion and opportunity to help them grow into future leaders. Our 100+ member team is what helps us achieve stupendous goals time and again. We are diverse in our makeup, our approach and our strengths, giving us a lot of depth in key technical fields and almost all of the most commonly used software development platforms/languages. When we do have a new unmet need, we utilize our reputation and reach in the market to seek appropriate talent to fill that role.
