BasePoint is a PHP/IOP Outpatient program treating mental health and co-occurring disorders. Our Academy program serve teens 11-18 and our BreakThrough program serves young adults aged 18-35. Our outpatient program is specifically designed to address the unique challenges that teens and young adults face today in mental health and substance use.
