KEY PROGRAMS INCLUDE: Community residential and day programs for people with developmental disabilities, including those with high-risk medical and psychiatric needs. Adult Community Clinical Services for people with serious mental illness, featuring community residential programs, employment services, case management, clubhouse, and peer support services. Congregate and transitional housing for formerly homeless seniors, and a day shelter for homeless seniors.
