Bernicia has developed an enviable reputation as one of the North East’s largest and most successful housing providers; building, renting, selling and managing homes and providing specialist support services to over 60,000 customers. We deliver what we say we will, value our customers, work together and respect each other. We own and manage 14,000 properties and provide services for single people, couples, families and older people, and care and support services for those with additional support requirements. We employ 550 people and have a progressive attitude to learning and innovation, with a commitment for staff to develop with us. During 2017 we were recognised as the Region’s fastest growing business, retained Investors in People gold accreditation and extended our award-winning apprenticeship and training programmes.
