Decentralized Midstream We purchase gas from Upstream Operators and sell power to our partners mining Bitcoin. The energy generated from natural gas, can thus net Operators a premium over the local market even without existing pipelines in place. Facilitating the use of gas to host remote data centers or to mine Bitcoin, we can help Operators meet or beat regulatory and ESG goals around carbon emissions, where there would normally be associated stranded or flared gas. Gas producers can partner directly with us in order to monetize their stranded gas. We use oil field-rated mobile data pods built-in Texas, we source the Bitcoin ASICs through our existing distribution channels and OEMs. We configure everything on-site, and monitor everything remotely using satellite internet and have a dedicated field tech per each +1MW facility.
