The Black Talent Initiative (BTI) is a charitable social impact organization committed to cultivating an inclusive community where Black talent thrives — and empowering their journey through meaningful opportunities. BTI was actioned in response to the murder of George Floyd and the global rise of the Black Lives Matter movement. It was born from shared compassion, lived experience, and a collective resolve to confront anti-Black racism. We imagined a future rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, and a true sense of belonging. Our vision is clear: to build an environment where Black individuals are not only welcomed but celebrated for their unique skills, experiences, and contributions.
