Boston Climate Week is a citywide celebration of climate action, innovation, research, and community — taking place May 3-10, 2026. Boston is one of the world’s most important hubs for climate and deep-tech innovation. Home to leading universities, research institutions, climate startups, policy thinkers, investors, and a community deeply connected to the realities of coastal and climate risk, Boston is uniquely positioned to bring people together to drive meaningful progress. Our mission is to amplify, connect, and accelerate the climate work already happening across Boston and New England. During Boston Climate Week, organizations across the region — including universities, labs, nonprofits, startups, community groups, investors, and policymakers — host their own events as part of a coordinated week of action. From panels and workshops to hackathons, exhibitions, open labs, mentoring sessions, art, community gatherings, and founder/investor meetups, the goal is to create accessible entry points for everyone. Boston Climate Week makes it easier for residents, students, professionals, and visitors to find, attend, and participate in the climate ecosystem. We support event hosts with promotion, visibility, and shared reach through the Climatebase network and the global Climate Week Network.
