About Boulevard Investment Group
Boulevard Investment Group (BIG) is a student-run 501(c)(3) non-profit investment fund managed entirely by SMU undergraduates. Founded in 2012, BIG now has $1,200,000+ in AUMA (assets under management and administration), including an equity portfolio of $300,000+ invested across six sectors, as well as a student senate fund of $900,000+ that BIG advises. Students enter BIG through our Junior Analyst (JA) Program that emphasizes fundamental analysis, valuation, thesis generation, and high-standard presentations. Junior Analysts complete multiple pitch cycles each semester and field rigorous Q&A from executive members and finance professionals. BIG's mission is built around three pillars: Donation: portion of investment-related gains donated back to SMU Cox BBA Scholarships Education: entire accounting/finance curriculum, as well as PPT/Excel, taught by executive members Placement: technical coaching, alumni support, career preparation, and recruitment trips We’re also expanding BIG’s national footprint through The BIG Pitch Comp in April 2026, our inaugural national stock pitch competition.
