Build Estimate is a brand of Luke Wicks Ltd / WQSS ( Wicks Quantity Surveying Services. I am offering an online estimating service to builders, property developers, architects, private clients and builders merchants. My main aim is time saving, saving clients time to enable them to concentrate on what really matters, which is delivering the project. Projects i often support; - New Build Houses - New Build Flats - Single and Double Storey Extensions - Loft Conversions - House / Flat Refurbishments - Conversions. i.e A house to 4 Flats - Commercial to Resi - Office Fit Out - Individual Trades I.e – Plastering and Boarding Works - Groundworks - Externals So what do you get as part of the Estimate/Quote; Along with knowing you get a quote, you can have it as follows depending on your needs; - Varying levels of details, from just a Estimate/Quote covering letter and summary, to full detail including your Logos, cover letter, Terms and Conditions - PDF Schedule of works and full BOQ ( Bills of Quant Options ) - Labour, Plant, and Material, Subcontractor, Sundries Split in full detail - Building Element Split I.e Plastering - Room Split, if required, i.e Flat 1 Flat 2, or Bed 1 Bed 2 - MATERIALS – In June 2019, all material prices will be LIVE from the likes of Trade Point, Keyline and Travis Perkins.
