Center for Elders’ Independence PACE offers comprehensive community-based medical and social care all in one bundle. We serve East Bay seniors who are over 55 years of age and who who need nursing home care - but we keep them living at home! CEI personal care teams coordinate and integrate whatever care a senior participant needs - home care, activities, transportation or medical care - everything from a hospital stay to an Oakland A's Game with other participants. Though CEI does not provide housing, we coordinate with senior housing, residential care facilities, hospitals and the family caregivers through any circumstances.
