We are an independent practice of architects and surveyors founded in 1895 in the City of London. With active director involvement in all projects and day to day management by our experienced team of associates, we provide a high quality service which is valued by our clients. We are committed to high quality design and pride ourselves in our ability to deliver complex projects – combining creativity with attention to detail. CTG were appointed as lead consultant and delivery architect for the award winning One Hyde Park development. Other notable projects include Westminster Magistrates Court, Walthamstow Fire Station and Bury Divisonal HQ. CTG provide a complete property service for building owners, prospective owners, developers and constructors of all types of buildings. Our building surveyors work closely with our architects, providing a valuable resource on projects involving the retention, fitting out and re-use of existing buildings.
