"Sospeso" is a Tradition Born in Naples, Italy Someone who had experienced good luck would order a caffè sospeso, paying the price of two coffees but receiving and consuming only one. A person enquiring later whether there was a sospeso available would then be served a coffee for free. “Coaching Sospeso” extends this spirit of sharing and kindness to coaching. You can turn coaching into a gift either through joining us as a volunteer coach and delivering free sessions or as a donor/patron by paying sessions for somebody who can avail them later. My wish is for those acquainted with the transformative power of coaching to pass it on.
