About Confident You Coaching
I am a confidence coach who specialises in coaching people who feel at a crossroads, overlooked or undervalued. I will help you take control of your confidence, gain clarity and be seen and heard. Improvements to confidence happen very quickly with my methods - just three sessions of coaching and people feel more confident, happier and able to make make decisions . Low confidence often manifests itself as: Procrastination Perfectionism A feeling of not being good enough - Imposter Syndrome Fear of being visible online either in their current business or on social media and at networking opportunities People Pleasing - saying yes when you mean no Cynicism - Being driven by fear I have coached and mentored people for over 25 years - all of my working life. When I found myself with low confidence about four years ago - I didn’t even know that’s what was wrong. Fortunately, I found an amazing confidence coach, and I soon learnt how I could take control of my own confidence. It happened very quickly and we only worked together for a short period of time. It was a very powerful feeling! I stopped feeling “overlooked" at home and at work, and as a result I became less frustrated. I was full of energy and I felt empowered to take on the world once more.
