About Connected Minds Psychological Services
Providing collaborative and compassionate psychological support to individuals, teams and organisations. Connected Minds Psychological Services Ltd is based in the North East of England (Teesside) but I also work remotely nationwide. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to understand your needs and determine what support is required. I provide collaborative and compassionate psychological support to individuals, teams and organisations. Drawing upon a wide range of evidence based psychological models such as EMDR, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy and compassion focused therapy, I work with clients to explore their challenges and foster meaningful change. I have specialist skills and expertise in working with those who have experienced traumatic events, including complex developmental trauma. I provide supervision and reflective practice to professionals working with adults and children who have experienced adversity and trauma throughout their lives, in order to better understand the impact of these experiences and thus deliver a trauma informed approach to their care. I am also able to offer training and consultation to organisations to address difficulties such as work place stress and trauma, burnout and supporting colleagues with mental health difficulties. I have trained with Bond Solon as an expert witness and also offer specialist trauma informed assessments of adults and children involved in court proceedings.
