About Connecting Jobs Sweden
Connecting Jobs – a platform for inclusion and employment Connecting Jobs is an initiative by the Swedish non-profit association Beredskapslyftet, with the goal of connecting leading Swedish employers with newly arrived individuals in Sweden. The aim is to create meaningful matches that benefit both the labor market and individuals building a new life in Sweden. The platform works to unite employers across Sweden with jobseekers who are new to the country, offering support, guidance, and pathways toward employment. The idea behind Connecting Jobs comes from Fredrik Hillelson, CEO and founder of the recruitment company Novare. The initiative is carried out in collaboration with a range of committed companies, including Ericsson, Axel Johnson Group, SAAB and FAM. The project is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
