With over 1.5 decades of experience in Training consulting and outsourcing services, our team of Learning Consultants, Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, and Quality Analysts ensures to give you the best-in-class service. WHAT IS OUR PHILOSOPHY? We believe that learning can happen anytime, anywhere, and through a variety of experiences. Hence, learning need not be confined to a particular mode or framework. Instead, creating variety of learning experiences can address the typical limitations of eLearning and classroom trainings. A thoughtful categorization of content followed by designing suitable learning experience focuses on providing “experiences” and not just “training”. WHAT IS OUR DIFFERENTIATOR? We follow a hybrid approach that is a blend of Agile and ADDIE. Our approach guarantees stakeholder agreement on the end-product since all of them are involved right from the beginning and during each sprint. It also saves the project teams from surprises in the end.
