Established in 1926 by Dr. Sorabji P. Shroff, we have evolved from a single clinic in Daryaganj to one of North India’s largest tertiary eye care institutes. Our Mandate: We believe sight is a human right. Our Board mandates that 50% of all surgeries remain non-paying or highly subsidised, ensuring that the best medical care is accessible to everyone, from presidents to the penniless, with equal dignity. Our Footprint: Today, the SCEH network spans Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand, operating 7 Surgical Centres and 100+ Vision Centres. In the last decade alone, we have touched the lives of over 14 million patients. Our Future (SCEH 2.0): As we mark our Centenary, we are not just looking back; we have launched 'Sambhav: SCEH 2.0'.
