ADA is a registered charity which has developed effective services in response to emerging local substance use issues over the past 30 years. We have a multi disciplinary team with skills and expertise in health, education, social work and lived experience which ensure we provide effective, person centred help and support. Our local knowledge, credibility with service users and diverse partnerships ensures we maximise our positive impact. We deliver quality services and as a result, attract income from a variety of sources including NHS Grampian, Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Councils, our local ADPs, the Scottish Government, a range of charitable trusts and private donations. We are working towards a sustainable future by retaining existing funding and also attracting new income streams. Our vision is to play a lead role in creating a future where drugs and alcohol are no longer a major cause of harm.
