Problems crop up a year later, or an issue appears again in another incarnation because it was only ever patched, and never properly solved. We see that all the time. We get brought in to put things right. Owners should feel confident that when they spend money on infrastructure, they’ll only have to spend that money once. It’s our job to ensure that.
