Edge NE provides #Outreach and #Mentorship for the region's vulnerable #YoungPeople (aged 14 - 25) in an effort to prevent involvement with #CountyLines exploitation. Mentors use their lived experiences to positively impact on the lives of the young people they work with. Our #Outreach team - The REAL Team - cover several areas of the #NorthEast and work on the ground with young people to make them aware of the service. Edge NE provides a County Lines Response Service, which can get young people home safely and provides a safe space for vulnerable youth that have been involved in County Lines activity.
