After two decades of working across international development, employment equity, and leadership strategy, Kylie saw firsthand how trauma, exclusion, and unsafe workplaces could hold individuals and organisations back. Driven by a desire to disrupt the status quo, she launched Elevated Coaching & Consulting in 2021 from her home base in Sydney, Australia, with a mission to create safer, more inclusive, and empowering environments where all people can thrive. With a background in Human Rights, Social Impact, and Psychotherapy, and a professional background in coaching, diversity strategy, and positive psychology, Kylie brought a unique combination of academic expertise and lived experience to the business. She designed a service model that didn’t just tick compliance boxes, but centred human wellbeing, workplace dignity, and cultural responsiveness. The Elevated approach was different, deeply personal, and focused on long-term change. Soon, a growing number of organisations across Australia and abroad were seeking something more than traditional consulting.
