About Empower School of Health
Empower supports the strengthening of institutions (MOH, NIH, academia, NGOs), and the health workforce (doctors, nurses, FLW, supply chain professionals, lab technicians, pharmacists, manufacturing experts, regulators), and delivers large-scale, certified and customized training and skilling in 20 languages to more than 40 countries. We work in the areas of health, education, gender, entrepreneurship, emergency response and nutrition. We also support access to medicines by strengthening regulatory authorities and pharmaceutical manufacturing. We have established global, continental and regional partnerships with UN agencies (UNITAR, WHO Academy), Africa CDC (Institute for Workforce Development and their PAVM --for strengthening supply chain, manufacturing, etc), WAHO (to strengthen PHCs and FLW, supply chain) to bring rapid transformation to the workforce and introduce new technologies to consumers. Empower has an in-house team with expertise in specific subject matter (supply chain, regulatory (NMRA), manufacturing, quality, medicine, nursing), learning designers and developers (these include anthropologists, education, knowledge management, instructional and graphic designers), and engineers (software, networking, UI/UX, database, and AI experts, etc.).
