About Energya Steel Fabrication Egypt
Our company was established in 2006 to serve the requirements of a wide range of industrial projects, meet the increased global demand, and to furnish specialized support to heavy process plants in Egypt, Middle East, GCC countries and Africa. We have the capacity to provide multiple engineering services, starting from design, supply, fabrication, galvanization, painting, site delivery and erection of structural steel, process steel equipment (plate works), tanks, pressure vessels, stacks, equipment, overhead transmission & telecommunication towers, pre-engineered buildings. Our production capacity for two factories is approximately 150,000 Metric Tons per year. The fabrication capacity of tonnage for the individual line of activity is outlined hereunder: - Structure Steel Fabrication (heavy, medium & light) with capacity of 24,000 MT/annum. - Pre-engineered Building with capacity of 6,000 MT/annum. - Plate Works of process steel equipment with capacity of 12,000 MT/annum. - Transmission and Telecommunications Towers with capacity of 12,000 MT/annum. - Hot dip galvanization plants with capacity of 100,000 MT/ annum. - Fabrication of Steel spare parts of Cement plants, Steel mills, Petrochemicals Plants and Power Stations.
