About Estimation
Het Estimation platform is een onafhankelijk dynamisch PAAS (Platform As A Service) platform in abonnee-vorm waar gebruikers efficiënter hun (af)bouw- ramingen, begrotingen en calculaties kunnen maken. Dit door juiste en kloppende voor gedefinieerde afbouwelementen calculaties te selecteren, eventueel aan te passen en met de Estimation Afbouwelementen Plug-in (EAP) uploaden in het eigen begrotingssoftware pakket. Hierdoor behoudt iedereen vanaf het begin van het proces/project, tot het inkopen van de onderaannemer, zijn benodigde marge. Dit betekent ook minder faalkosten zoals materiaalverlies wat weer zorgt voor minder afval en een betere werkomstandigheid op de bouwplaats. Het Estimation platform is ontwikkeld voor iedereen die zich bezighoudt met het maken van afbouw- ramingen, begrotingen en calculaties t.b.v. nieuwbouw projecten vanaf 10 woningen/appartementen. Gebruikers kunnen projectontwikkelaars zijn, maar ook opdrachtgevers, kostendeskundigen, architecten, aannemers en onderaannemers. Naast het calculatieplatform, is er tevens een Product Informatie Management (PIM) platform beschikbaar. Binnen dit deel van het platform kunnen gebruikers (onder andere) beschikbare artikelinformatie, brochures, LCA’ s, EPD’s, verwerkingsvoorschriften en verwijzingen naar relevante websites vinden.
