🌊⚡ Flex2Power – A Norwegian Innovation in Renewable Offshore Energy ⚡🌊 Flex2Power is a Norwegian-developed concept for producing renewable energy from wind, solar, and wave power, all integrated on a floating platform for marine areas. 🔹 Unique & Patented: Flex2Power combines innovation with remarkably low construction, towing, installation, and service costs. 🔹 Efficient by Design: At park configuration level P1, it requires only 16% of the surface area compared to other offshore solutions (measured in MW/m²). 🔹 Scalable & Flexible: Modular capacity ranges from 11.2 MW to 260 MW, with the ability to expand as energy needs grow. 🔹 Reliable & Durable: With a 25-year lifetime, planned maintenance can be performed without stopping operations. The concept was developed by Einar T. Sundal, who has more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry. ✅ Proven Performance: A successful ocean basin test was carried out in June 2021 by Force Technology, with DNV as advisor and third-party verification partner. The test confirmed Flex2Power’s cost competitiveness and area efficiency. ➡️ Next Step: We are now preparing for a new ocean basin test at 1:25 scale (compared to the earlier 1:50 scale). This marks an important step forward in validating the technology at higher fidelity and moving closer to full-scale deployment.
