About Fund II Foundation
Fund II Foundation was established in 2014 for the purpose of making grants to public charities. To date, we have made grants worth over $260 million to a broad range of charities, including The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, The United Negro College Fund, NPower, The Opportunity Network and The National Park Foundation. To rekindle hope and community economic success, we have doubled down on our investments in preparing and supporting students studying in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields. We are committed to facilitating their growth to become thriving professionals and entrepreneurs through internXL, an innovative platform that matches promising talent with internship opportunities in companies throughout the United States. We make grants to 501(c)(3) public charities in five areas: 1) preserving the historical culture of the African-American experience 2) safeguarding human dignity by giving a voice to the voiceless and promoting human rights 3) improving environmental conservation and providing outdoor education that enables people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy the numerous benefits of the great outdoors 4) facilitating music education, particularly in primary and secondary schools, to nourish both the mind and the soul 5) and sustaining the uniquely American values of entrepreneurship, empowerment, innovation and security.
