It offers a 9-12 months acceleration program that helps social entrepreneurs to develop their idea into a registered social enterprise with a solid business plan and a functional prototype. 2- The Social Innovation Lab/Pre-Incubation Program and Social Challenges GESR MEK Social Innovation Lab aims at developing university students and aspiring social entrepreneurs’ innovation capacities by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, and practice of technological innovation, entrepreneurship, and inventive problem solving, and to avail its makerspace, facilities, and technical support for the innovators and the startups that work on turning innovative ideas into prototypes that can be commercialized into successful startups with scalable and measurable social impact. 3- The impact Investing Network Impact investments are investments made into startups with the intention to generate measurable social and environmental impact alongside a financial return.
