About Griffin's Snacks
Here at Griffin’s Snack's, we are proudly owned by Intersnack, a private company founded in Germany in 1968. Our local connection with New Zealand is at the heart of everything we do, and we manufacture the majority of our great tasting products across four factories in New Zealand (two in South Auckland and one each in Wellington and Nelson) employing over 800 people nationwide. From our earliest days 160 years ago milling flour, Griffin’s has had a love of baking and across time we’ve grown to bake and make some of New Zealand’s favourite biscuits, crackers, potato chips and bars. It’s been a pretty delicious journey, but for us, it’s always been about more than just the food. Ever since John Griffin opened the doors in 1864, our communities have mattered to us too. We’re about getting stuck in and helping where we can, so everyone gets the chance to share in our passion for life and food. Across all of our manufacturing sites, we encourage a work environment that is exciting, challenging and we strive for innovation in everything we do.
