You can read more about the programme here: https://growth-spurt.uk/programme-new The programme includes: 1) Peer support Proven to reduce incidents of post-natal depression and anxiety, our peer support includes a moderated judgement free forum and buddy groups which parents can attend and even host their own groups on the issues impacting them. 2) Group Career Coaching There are specific coaching session depending on the stage of the transition, delivered by accredited coaches covering everything from confidence to work/life balance, to defining goals and understanding your new identity. 3) Mentoring Choose from 350 trained mentors for confidential one to one support. We match you with the perfect mentor based on your needs. 4) Expert advice Book a one to one appointment with one of our experts in: sleep, finances, hormones or childcare. 5) Guidance Watch one of our pre-recorded videos to guide you through each stage of the transition, from conversations to have with your employer when you discover you are pregnant, to what are kit days, to how to have a better split of the domestic labour with your partner and everything in-between. 6) Training for Managers Guidebooks and workshops for people managers to ensure they can confidently manage parents in the workplace Members report 52% increase in confidence, 53% increase in wellbeing and 60% reduction in stress.
