Hatch Design Group, Inc. is a family-owned and operated commercial interior design, food service design, and branding firm specializing in restaurants, hotels, casinos, golf clubhouses, and entertainment venues. Our portfolio of capabilities and thorough experience includes concept development, space planning, interior and exterior design, furniture and fixture design, graphic design, lighting design, food facilities design, project budgeting, and consulting. We help companies re-conceptualize their brand image after years of internal corporate value engineering exercises have distanced them from their identity. We have developed several restaurant interior design concepts that have continued to thrive since inception including, but not limited to, Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, King's Fish House, Water Grill, and Lazy Dog Café. In addition, we have helped design hundreds of "fast casual" restaurants including Umami Burger, Ecco Pizza, Tender Greens, Nekter Juice Bar, and Coast Fish Company. While most interior design firms steer clear of kitchens, we understand that the continuity between the back and front of the house is crucial in creating a cohesive space. We work very closely with chefs in the initial design phases to be sure we understand how they need the equipment and layout to work with their operation.
