Healing Minds Psychology provide assessment, treatment and counselling to individuals of all ages. Healing Minds Psychology strive to provide support in a comfortable and safe environment that is affordable and convenient. We believe that every person should have the opportunity to seek the support of a Psychologist without the high out of pocket expense. With one of our many experienced Psychologists who draw from evidence based approaches and each bring a broad knowledge in different areas of mental health, each client has the opportunity to access support for their mental wellbeing, their family or their relationships. At Healing Minds Psychology, we envisage a community where individuals are noticed for their strengths and resilience rather than their struggles and difficulties. At Healing Minds Psychology, our Psychologists are experienced in delivering a high standard of service using evidence based clinical interventions and counselling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Narrative therapy, Art Therapy, Sand and Play therapies. We aim to provide a comfortable setting for individuals when they attend their appointment so they can focus on improving their mental fitness, just like one would visit a doctor to encourage good physical health. We also aim to promote better awareness of oneself, and help individuals to develop strategies to help them face everyday challenges along with rebuilding and enhancing their relationships and families when necessary. A referral is not necessary to book an appointment with one of our Psychologists, although you may be eligible for up to 10 Medicare rebated sessions when you obtain a Mental Health Care Plan and referral letter from your GP. Please note, all appointments onsite at any of our school locations are bulk bulled. You ma
