We are Stratford’s leading independent estate agents based in London E15. Founded in 2015 we started by manging properties for high net worth clients and close family and friends. We offer bespoke boutique style personalised service to our clients, as if we are managing our own property! We have stringent vetting processes ensuring vital support to enable our estate agents to focus on what they do best: selling and letting and looking after your property. We are registered and affiliated with: ARLA Propertymark Formally Association of Residential Letting Agents, is the UK's foremost professional body for letting agents. We protect consumers and their money and empowering customers with knowledge and advice. The aim is to reassure all of those renting and letting out property that agents who display the ARLA Propertymark Protected logo offer a better service and financial protection for their clients than the alternative. London Rental Standard (LRS) We are proud to be members of The London Rental Standard which is the Mayor of London’s campaign to improve private renting and promote good standards. LRS is instantly recognisable across London as a mark for quality. My Deposits We are proud members of My Deposit protection scheme. This is a government backed scheme to ensure letting agents protect their tenants’ deposits, so you can enjoy peace of mind. The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme This scheme is a partnership of London boroughs; landlord organisations and educational organisations aims to recognise good practice and improve conditions in the private rented sector.
