We are a boutique HR set up and Recruitment consultancy specializing in providing hands on "A to Z HR set up" and talent acquisition solutions, as well as fractional partnership services for startups and scale-ups. Our focus on startups and scale-ups is simply because we know that in early days companies and founders need to focus on product, sales and profitability, but we also know that setting up an HR function early is equally crucial for the business success and employee retention and a difference it makes for the organization and employees in the long run. Being familiar with challenges new ventures face we are here to help startups and scale-ups with either setting up the HR function from the ground up or transforming and optimizing existing HR operations. Our concept is to offer you an easy to adapt "A to Z HR set up" solution with all drafts, materials, policies, processes, manuals, programs to on-board and hands on in-person training for a dedicated team member to "run with it" or to help you to hire a new HR colleague to manage it. We stay with you for ongoing support and assistance for at least a year. The main benefit of working with us is that there is no need to hire a usually costly experienced senior HR professional on company payroll to design it for you as we have done all the work already. The HR function after the set up and training will be managed by an experienced, but "payroll friendly" HR professional of your choice. With over 13 years of experience in talent acquisition, we also help businesses with their recruitment needs by hiring top talent for their teams, from C level to junior candidates. We are experienced in hiring spanning from tech to operations, HR, office management, back office, support, finance and legal functions. Our team understands unique goals and challenges of our clients, who are still in the "building mode" that allows us to develop customized HR solutions, that align with your business objectives and budgets.
