Chemsonic - Efficiency transformation of HVAC and chillers - The installation of the Chemsonic catalyst into the refrigerant circuit reduces energy consumption in 3 ways: 1) Oil fouling removal with a surfactant preventing the oil to cling to a surface 2) Lubrication of the compressor, test reveal 54% improvement on lubricity. 3) Improved heat transfer with an increase in refrigerant gas molecule size. A Sonicwave device is installed onto the filter driers to remove sludge and oil fouling. This ensure smooth gas flow taking the strain off the compressor to minimise kW consumption This is a retro install process by senior HVAC Engineers. Improvements from the now efficient plant will see improved air off temperatures. This brings the room upto its desired temperature quicker. Thereby reducing the plants on time (duty cycle). Resulting in the 40% savings we are seeing from recent projects. Data loggers will record kW usage before and after the install to prove the savings achieved.
