1952 yılında Cevdet İnci tarafından kurulan ve grubun ilk şirketi İncitaş ile temeli atılan İnci Holding 1982 yılında holding yapısını aldı. Bugün toplam 10 şirketi ve 3.200 çalışanı ile jant, akü üretimi ve satışı alanlarında uzmanlığını geliştirerek Türkiye'nin önemli sanayi grupları arasında yer almaktadır. Otomotiv yan sanayindeki uzmanlığının yanı sıra satış ve pazarlama, otel ekipmanları ve lojistik alanlarında da faaliyet göstermektedir. Ülkemizin çağdaş eğitim düzeyine ulaşmasına destek olmak amacıyla 1985 yılında ise Cevdet İnci Eğitim Vakfı kurulmuştur.
