These are patients who are living with coronary vasospasms and microvascular angina, while also working in a collaborative equal partnership with clinicians. IHSA serves both the patient and medical communities by educating, informing, and enlightening them to help achieve earlier diagnoses, better treatments, and support research into these conditions. We collaborate, are partners or are affiliates of other Heart Health related organizations such as Global Heart Hub, WomenHeart, Microvascular Network, Learn With Nurses, Heart Research UK, Stitchting VrouwenHart, BHF CRC (Clinical Research Collaborative), Vascular Voice Network, and others. We work alongside researchers from Adelaide University on an ongoing patient survey “Your Heart Speaks” to give voice to the patient experiences of Angina Na No Obstructive Coronary Arteries. The Founders speak world wide and are centered in Australia, United Kingdom and the United States. We look to represent our ever expanding patient base in truthful ways to highlight their expertise by experience. We carry with us our heart family. They are our reason to keep pushing for better in this realm of vascular care. We fight dismissal and are active in policy and worldwide awareness.
