(JEC) is the result of a massive joint venture among well known and highly recognized real estate and development tycoons composing an alliance that was inspired by an ambition of His Royal Highness, Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal AlSaud. This alliance is composed of Kingdom Holding Company, of which it holds a substantial interest, Abrar Holding Company, Qila’a Jeddah Company, and Saudi Bin Laden Group. The vision is to bring an innovative city like no other to Saudi Arabia, that will become the new northern pole of Jeddah and anchor the city's growth.
