Latitude 37 was founded in 2006 with a simple belief: building a custom home should feel as considered as the home itself. Every home begins with a vision of how life could feel. Yet for many people, that vision is challenged by managing separate designers, consultants and builders, where ideas can be diluted, communication fragmented and confidence tested. Latitude 37 was created to offer a different approach. We bring design, interiors and construction together under one accountable team, balancing human-led design with executional certainty. We begin by understanding how our clients live, what they value and how they want their home to feel. From there, every decision is guided by structure, discipline and care, so the home we imagine together is the home we deliver. What began as a collaborative team has grown into one of Melbourne’s most respected custom design-and-build firms.
