LGT Venture Philanthropy is an independent charitable foundation established by LGT Group Foundation in 2007. Alongside the Princely Family of Liechtenstein's vision of creating a lasting, positive impact on people and planet, the foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life of people facing disadvantages, contribute to healthy ecosystems and build resilient, inclusive and prosperous communities. We do this by strengthening the capabilities of locally rooted organisations that deliver effective, scalable solutions across health, education, and the environment. We offer flexible, multi-year core funding and build long-term partnerships that nurture and sustain collective impact. Through the LGT Impact Fellowship, we match experienced professionals with organisations in our portfolio to provide strategic business expertise based on our partners’ needs. We value organisations who understand the communities they serve, who have unique insights into the challenges they face, and who innovate to embed their models in wider systems. As an engaged partner, we support them so they can deliver and scale solutions that drive wider societal change. LGT VP recognizes that no single organisation can drive the change required to address the challenges of our generation. “Solutions Portfolios” bring together organisations tackling social and environmental challenges from multiple angles. By working across systems and partnering with other funders, LGT VP amplifies impact and helps create lasting change, with local communities at the heart. Ahadi focuses on protecting and restoring East African landscapes through community-led conservation, biodiversity preservation, and sustainable livelihoods. SIRA addresses key challenges in early childhood development in India combining health, learning, nutrition, safety and responsive caregiving for children. Since its founding in 2007, LGT VP has supported over 80 organisations and connected more than 225 Fellows with LGT VP
