Liftrock is changing gas lift with its patented QuickSet™ skid-mounted gas lift system. An environmentally friendly system, the QuickSet eliminates the need for liquid storage tanks at the well site, which are normally required to capture NGLs generated by the compression process. With no need for liquid storage tanks, associated fugitive emissions and liquid haul-off requirements are eliminated. In addition, compressor downtime associated with scrubber dump liquid shutdown is also eliminated, along with the costly expense of methanol injection. QuickSet is a fully integrated, skid-mounted system that includes all inlet separation, measurement, controls, and interconnected piping. For added system reliability, all piping is heat traced and insulated in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment rather than in the field. Utilizing a patented QuickSet skid significantly reduces the time and cost of facility design and installation and improves gas lift system safety, reliability, and efficiency while providing an environmentally superior alternative to traditional gas lift facilities.
