Based in Belfast, Michael Martin and Ciaran Deazley lead the LIKE team bringing more than thirty years’ experience in retail, leisure, commercial, conservation and residential design. ‘We believe that each project must belong to its place and time, tread lightly on the environment and inspire its users – and we have consistently sought to articulate these core values in all our work. Our responsibility to our clients runs in tandem with our responsibility towards a sense of a shared collective. We are passionate about good design. In a constantly changing world we create clever solutions which add value for our clients. We place people at the centre of our thinking. The best designs spring from fusing people, activity and place to produce experiences which are unique, inspiring and surprising. Founded on the idea of interdisciplinary working, a one-team ethos is fundamental to our approach.
